Angry fans believe Paul Pogba should have been sent off for a ‘kung fu kick’ on Robert Snodgrass.
Pogba’s brace bailed out Manchester United as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side struggled to a fortuitous 2-1 win against West Ham.
After converting a penalty without his usual run up, the World Cup winner was then forced back into his own half to do some defending.
However, in his excitement to get back and help his team, Pogba launched himself into a tackle which some fans thought to be dangerous.
With the ball in mid air, Hammers midfielder Snodgrass went to challenge for the ball, only to have it taken off him by the Frenchman.
But his foot was extremely high after the 25-year-old showcased his incredible physical prowess to leap off the ground – unfortunately kicking the Scot in the head.
It capped an equally chaotic spell for the former Leeds United star, who fouled Juan Mata to give away the penalty for Pogba’s goal.
As you can imagine, incensed fans took to Twitter to voice their displeasure after seeing Pogba escape without as much as a yellow card.
