Liverpool defender Joe Gomez has returned to training after three months on the sidelines with a broken leg.
The centre-back, 21, was enjoying a superb season for the Reds before he sustained the injury against Burnley in December.
In the 13 Premier League matches the Englishmen started this term, Liverpool conceded just four goals.
And Anfield chief Jurgen Klopp has admitted he will not rush the Gomez back into the fold.
He said: “Joe was out for 15 weeks. That’s long, so he needs to now create the basis again for the rest of the season.”
Klopp has also confirmed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain could return to first-team training soon.
The midfielder has not featured this season after damaging his cruciate knee ligament last April.
“We’re careful of course,” Klopp said. “He is working, he is doing a lot and I think will be in training in a week again. Then he will be fine.”
Liverpool are currently one point ahead of Manchester City at the top of the table with two months to go, although Pep Guardiola’s side have a game in hand.
They are next in action against Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield on Sunday.
